but blizzard downloader is downloading realtime. so im going to let it do its thing

if you used the torrent, copy the directory into the wow folder and start launcher, it should reatart a couple times and then carry on downloading a few mb on the background downloader.
 
(when the background downloader starts it will carry out a check of the downloaded files and it will look like its downloading, it's not it's just checking. Once it gets to around 97% it will download the last few MBs)
 
once done make sure you have 4 gb free on your drive and the patch will apply.
