RG2 Sunday Raids
 
The Idea
 
Current attendance requirement 60%
 
 
How could be tackle the extra day?
 
Should we make it a require attendance day?
 
I dont think we should and keep it a non recorded attendance day?
 
Or possibly change the attendance requirement to 50%,40%?
 
We have had 27 people take Sunday as their day and it seems most want it, but i think it unfair to make all attend and think a signup for MC each week the best, maybe excluding from attendance requirement?
 
This could cause issues with SOG MC one raids but then again it seems these are mostly filled with alts and rg1 so i dont honestly see too much of a issue.

As long as you do not fill your raid with those who would otherwise go to the SOG One raid then you are ok,  otherwise you put the Commanders in an impossible position as they are struggling to keep attendance up to 40 people already.

One other thing.  Just be careful you do not put too much 'wipe' into your two official raid nights.  If MC & OL is already done on an unofficial night and you can comfortably clear Razegore through Broodlord in one evening (which you already do) then that leaves you 1.5 nights of wiping on Firemaw.  This will cause a morale problem which You will need to manage extremely carefully to avoid going down the same path that RG2 went down last time when you tried to accelerate progress very quickly.  I recognise and applaud the wish to progress quickly, but you need to take the raid group with you not drag them along behind you.  You can do what you plan, but you need to have a plan ready and know how you are going to deal with such issues, particularly if RG1 have taken some of your best players into RG2 (deliberately provocative final part of the sentence to make sure the other Marshalls read and post comments in the thread in RG1 channel).
