Btw I was thinking of "shareing" the defender list between us Marshalls. Something like this;
 
Ragefull make a post, not the official defender list, but one we can Copy/Paste to the official. Make it sticky in Raid Group 2 forums.
 
We share the different class'es between us ex.:
 
GD - Hunters
Wierd - Priests, Druids
Sazgul - Warlocks, Mages
Siffredi - Warriors, Rogues
Ragefull - Paladins
 
Then we take control og checking these assigned Class'es all the time. We do the following;

• Check attendance
• Check new possible invites / applications
• Inform other Marshalls about problems
• Suggest solutions
• All in all take total control.

This should make it easier to control the RG as a whole, as for me it sometimes seems a bit confusing to know the complete list, and who's on it, who's got bad attendance and such.
This will make it much easier, all changes will be reported to Ragefull via PM, after we reached a aggrement on forums or TS. So what Ragefull gets on PM is what's to be done. for example;

Please remove Priori from defender list, and demote him ingame to Soldier. He's has been informed, this is due to bad attendance.
We agreed last night on TS.
 
Please add Sniped to defender list, and promote him to trial defender.
We agreed on forums (link)

Ofcourse this is just a suggestions, Im not saying that Ragefull should take paladins and so forth, just suggestions, we can also just split it over 3-4 persons.
