The Idea.
 
Making a Raid Day on Sunday lead by RG2.
 
Who can come?
 
Anyone (but Rg2 members get priority on invites)
 
How does loot work?
 
By starting a new DKP site just for this run, allowing all to start with the same and more control (possibly with guidelines). Also having a signup page so we know who are coming.
 
Why do this?
 
Well not enough people signing up on Wednesdays meaning no run, and we have at least 30 RG2 members wanting to go onto Sunday (possibly even more who have not voted yet).
 
This will also allow all to get a chance on loot, and get RG2 more focused on BWL on two raid days.
 
Why have DKP setup?
 
Well this will stop people going for everything when it will only make a small improvement, so people can spend it more wisely.
 
Sounds good but when?
 
Well i hope a week on Sunday 10th December.

We could say give people 500 DKP to start with and if they signup and do not come (unless a good reason) take a amount away.

It's an oppertunity to raid as a team and learn to play your class in a raid...
 
I bet there are still LOTS of people that are not doing the right job with there class on a raid. RL mate of my just respecced and he was asthonished by the effect of it.... Class leaders should take this into account.
 
This is a good way to gear up people and yet making progression into BWL.....
 
Will this be an official day of RG2, meaning you MUST attend (ofc not when you selected you cannot attend on sunday)?

I feel that FM's and Marshall basicly have decided what to do. Just wanting os to accept and maby come with some input.

Yrthal, the idea sprang out of RG2's current situation and their idea was supported by FMs and it was agreed that the proposal be put to Commanders by the Marshalls for consideration.  If it was a fait au complit then you'd be told what to do, which is clearly not the case here.  YOu cannot be involved in RG2 decisions, that lies with marshalls, so it is right an proper that Marshalls having considered their position then come to you to discuss the proposal.  There is no other way of doing it!   So why not focus your comments on whether the proposal is good or bad for SOG One?

Let me just see if i have understood it right...
The reason we are doing this is to gear RG2??
-as far as i remember i had the "same" idea when WE talked about it and it was declinde. OK. fair enough.
Now it comes up again. great.
But why not keep it at wednsdays?
As far as i know its an "official" RG2 raid day there was a vote of.
Why not keep the same rules and just keep it at wednsdays. I'm 100% sure of that if ppl need gear frome MC they will attend at wednsdays, and then at the same time RG1 got the chance to attend to get their final T2 part, as i know some want. fx Valdeko, Jorgen and a couple of others of RG1 have been there to get it. I think they should have a chance to get it, without lacking attendence on a official RG1 raid.
 
And i think Garagrim mentioned that wednsdays could be Ony run. well then we could take Ony at sundays. This way "all" got to attend and we got all runs sorted.
 
Monday: AQ20
Tuesdays: RG1, RG2 official
Wednsday: MC - all
Thursday; RG1, RG2 official
Friday; ZG
Saturday; Day off (maby go for Lord summons and raid quest help)
Sunday: RG1 official, Ony - all

It seems you didnt listen Yrthal last night and i have given up on this topic and will be another RG2 raid day and attendance within RG2 will now change for another day.
 
So no RG2/All MC run sunday next time listen to a idea!

Ive earlier given my consent to this idea, as i also feel it solves some probs.
all the while supporting the needs of a Raidgroup, while not forgetting the soldiers.

Shall we just use the current DKP site and add names with for example (MC)Ragefull instead of standard one? Or make a new site?

But then again with the lack of concentration from RG2 on MC runs (having last 2 ones called) maybe this is not a good idea anymore... :sideways:

aye was rather dissapointed last couple of runs.. but lets give it a try or 2 more and if its the same then just stop it, then its peopls own desicion.. If they dont want to focus and make this happen then its not gonna be!

I thought the sunday was going to get a new fresh dkp list.... Because soldierd stand no chance on the other hand RG2 members will mostly have all of the items....

Yes it is D. but we were using the RG2 DKP sinc FM's and Marshalls dident have time to finish the dkp and lootrule. Now they want to hear what we think...!

But why make such an efford to make new rules and dkp if people dont want to focus and put an efford to it. we whipe every second trashmob. (overrated i know).
