Turn of that damned TV, phone, background music or multitasking program....we need your attention in the raid....it's not Pac Man people......
 
40 people need to do their job, all included no exceptions......
 
Don't turn your head while you are on auto walk...... etc.....
 
It's need for speed that you can play solo and see the game end content in two weekends, that doesn't apply for WOW.... dedication, consentration and willing to make progression....... We should have down Raggy at 21:00....
 
And 1 question to the raid leaders: Can we plz skip the alt transfer during official raiding nights? It consumes time, stats and experience etc..... Sunday is ALT day and the gear you obtain now is obsolute within 5 weeks......

Yeah last night was a poor performance and come on guy's we want to be better and the only way to do that is Concentration, teamplay and listen up. We look like a really bad PUG last nigth...
 
 
And I agree with u Knabbel, lets cut down on that Alt swapping and focus on RG2 members main chars. It take time and don't relly help RG2 at all. It is just a nice thing to do.

Could not agree more. You can give your Alt's a trip to MC on sundays - but tuesday and thursday is main-night.
We could probably shave 20-30 minutes of our waitingtime if we dont do the Alt-shuffle - and with a raid full of Mains, MC would go easier too.

I'd agree with that DK, although I guess the only exception on a Tuesday or Thursday would be the short visit to OL, where alts don't really hold us back.
 
Other than that, yes, mid week should be about main characters that will help us progress.  Raggy is still tough enough that we can't take it lightly :boxing:
