Im puzzled?

Hi all

I’m a bit puzzled about RG2 at the moment.

Last week we had two superb raids.
- Tuesday: We ripped through the first 3 bosses in BWL for the first time ever and we were all thinking - Hell yea!
- Thursday: We ripped through MC in record time and cleared the first boss in BWL - again, Hell yea!

Then weekend came and something changed...

-Tuesday: There was a struggle to fill the raid and those which attended weren’t focused enough so the raid was called after two attempts on Vael.
-Thursday (yesterday) : We had an okay start, clearing the first 4-5 bosses within the first hour or so - but then came a couple of silly wipes, a few close calls and the raid was almost called on Raggy.

How can there be such a dramatic a drop in performance from one week to the next? :g:

I, for one, find it very frustrating.

I got the same impression DK. RG2's performance is very random which certainly makes progress very hard. There is no reason to pot up and rush through MC and get a boss or two down in BWL if the next raid is called due to lack of attendance or focus.
 
RG2 were on a roll and people really need to show some interest and loyalty or we will be stuck with MC and Vael for a long time. The raid group is only as good as the members in it!
 
Last night we could have cleared MC and have a go at BWL but people were not paying attention and that caused some stupid wipes.
 
So my pledge to you guys is to show up on Tuesday and bring all the nescesarry pots and bandages needed. We know we can do this. We have proved it before we just need to show some responsibility!

well, afraid to say it.
but this is not just Sog rg2 suffering from these problems
rg1 suffers from the same
all the major raiding guilds suffer from this from what i hear
even "the o so great righteous" and god knows what other raidgroups
 
you are playing with 40 hobbiest here, they will not all show the same dedication and will not all have the same time available for it
 
so the focus and attendance will rise and fall, its a fact allas
nothing else to do but do your best to hold up your end and perhaps inspire some others to do the same

Very well put. We have many loyal and great players, we just need to find the next level for RG2. We have faith in RG2, now lets go punish BWL bigtime!

Progression was DROPPING, sheesh get your facts right tini :blink:

Every raiding guild suffers from stuff like this. Theres a reason RG raided ( included some is more like it ) with order of snaitavl. Because the members that they "steal" from that guild is highly loyal and dedicated, because they know eacother from the start. Loyalty is a must, friends are more loyal than foes, catch my drift?

It's rather annoying me that we 1 week can go do such an awsome job on MC / Bwl and then the other week its just.. ****
 
What is the problem here?
Aswell as on the forum its ONLY about 15-20 MAX of the regular that awnsers and reads it, WTH is the rest doing?
 
Personaly i would like to see more dedication form people.
If you apply as an RG and you get in we expect that you show dedication and show up more or less EVERY time! thats 2 days, 2 DAYS can that be that tough??
 
My thought:
If you cant attend regually and show dedication and interest in the RG's progress, then plz leave so we can find someone who whats to stay and make a differce. It cant be right for 25 people to stay and wait for the rest and end with calling the raid. PLZ tell if you cant attend the 1 day instead of jsut staying away!

I can see why the RL's get peed off. There is only one word to discribe last night. Pathetic. We can do soooooo much better than that.
