communication between rg1 and 2

I think we need a meeting to discuss this specially on the topic of recruitment. I know for example a priest (leesa was also the topic of interst in RG2). Now a druid applies (need for both Raid groups) So we might want to steamline this so 1 raid group does not get all that kinda players of a class.
