The Marshalls and Commanders have been chatting about making a SOG/RG2 Molten Core run on Sundays.

This will allow RG2 to focus more on BWL during the week to get much further. We are trialing this week, and signups are open on the Commanders Signup Page.

Please sign up with your character before the raid, RG2 members get priority over others as it will be lead by us. We are currently still in discussion about how loot will be given out so we will inform you soon about this.

So watch this space for updates.

RG2 Members

Currently we are making Sunday a optional signup day (so will not affect attendance) just to see how good the responce is, but we hope it will be good enough to fill up. So please go signup so we can get a good understanding if it will work.

Update

RG2 Alts - At this time please signup your MAIN first but stick your alt outside (then whisper me after the invites) and i am sure we can allow you to swap over.

I have two questions:

1. I see RG1 members signing up. Arent they supposed to be raiding with RG1 on sunday evenings?
2. I see many RG2 alt signed up. Watch out with that, as it may result in you not completing the instance in one night - which I think is pretty important for you

I suspect that due to the change in day some people have signed up without looking at the date. Not a problem though, they simply will not get approved.

Not really coz if RG1 is raiding, then they wont be attending so its now a RG2 SOG one in a way.

SOG One was originally about Soldiers in the main, not RG1, so I would suggest it is more correctly seen as the old SOG One raid now on a Sunday. RG1 won't be there (but few ever were) and RG2 can now attend (and there are many mroe RG2 who still need MC gear and are therefore morelikely to attend).

The reason why we will accept RG2 members is because we will stop doing it on Thursdays making Sundays RG2's MC run.

And its not only to benefit RG2.. meny of us got the gear and maby are out for 1 or 2 certain items, wich means those who "dont" need anything (or cant attend) down there anymore, gives an opening to a soldier or alt, wich means you basicly can get "everything" what you want, and that way get fast geared!

Loot are equaly delt to RG2 and soldiers. the Fm's and marshals are trying to figure out some lootrules atm. The only thing RG2 gets priority in is a spot for the raid and nothing else. Rest is decided to the coming lootrule and common sense!

This is how I see this. This is a oppurtunity to help RG2 get the last parts and for soldiers to get geared. wich TL mentioned there were more alts and Soldiers in the raid than mains. With RG2 mains, that got most of the gear and expirience attending, will make the clearence much easier and faster!

I got a question, what about loot rules?

Are we using the normaly DKP system for both MC/BWL?

If that is the case won't there be a chance for the rg2 memebrs that can't make it on sundays will fall behind in BWL and "newer" get there loot?

Just a thought...

As I understood it, the raid on sundays is a voulentary raid, but with RG2 members priortized.. There will not be used DKP either as its a voulentary raid where soldiers and alts can join aswell if they want to, but the RG2 members might be in greater need of some of the items and therefore will be priortized as it will help in the raidingprogress..

Afaik DKP was earned and used to buy epix - in last nights MC run... and it is the same DKP-account as the normal tuesdays/thursdays DKP-account.

So where will that put Soldiers?

as far as i remember from last night at the start of the riad it was explained that normal DKP was used last night, as there had not been enough time to set up a seperate site for it.
