Please folks, I posted in a **** load of application threads (go to Recruitment>Applications Needing a Decision) in the wild hope that someone else would also post and a decision could be made.  It seems I got almost zero response despite the server being down. :sad:

Now I know that people will have had toher things to do, but we can't *all* have been busy!  I do not want to take the decision on my own, we're a team, but if nobody else helps then I feel that I am placed in a position where I am being forced by default to take a decision because nobody else does.

So, this is a plea for some help.  Please can we all start taking an active interest in applications?  We're the first to bitch about it when we're short of people come raid night, but we don't contribute to the processing of applications which would solve the problem!  With Bastet now working more of the workload is falling on me and I am just starting to bring my new business up to speed and therefore I will be likely to spend less time on it too.  We need to share the workload.

We need a Druid, a Priest and a Warrior.  There are two Warriors who fit the bill in the 'applications needing a decision' section and I want us to take one of them to fill Ragnarh's no vacant slot.

Help me please.

sorry m8, i havent been paying much attention to forums lately, its just that i am still getting used to this work stuff, and that its baking meh noodle, and when i get home i dont feel like doing anything complex atm. i think i need to go to bed earlyer hehe

Absolutely no problem Bastet, you have been spending a lot of time on it anyway and with your job and therefore less time available I can fully appreciate why you are less involved than before.  It just needs everyone else to step up and deal with apps when they arrive and as importantly action them when the decision has been made or the decision si clear.
