bound a key to admin.

on pressing this key I get presented with a little menu:
1: Player admin
2: Fun player admin
3: Weapon restrictions
4: RCON commands
0: exit

the other night pressing 1, 2 and 4 did nothing, 3 opened up a menu of weapons and 0 exited

tonight 1, 2 and 3 do nothing, and 4 opens up a list of things like kick bots etc, and 0 exits correctly

...what am I supposed to have access to?

I think Mani setup needs a bit of tweaking by us admins due to the server split. please accept our apologies and be assured it will be fixed (when, I'm not saying but it will be fixed)

Options 1 and 4 should take you into sub menus.  If I recall correctly the first time you had the issue was before the server split. I'll do some digging.
