Whitey gave the suggestion to stick to office and nuke so I think I'll stick to those as everyone knows them.

The probelm with custom maps is that if one or two people have problems downloading/installing the custom map it can cause long delays.  It wasn't so bad in the past as you could get the map downloaded by simply connecting to the server.  
We had some issues during map testing and this made it clear that custom maps are a bad idea for something with so many people involved, especially when the maps have not been on the server/map cycle before.

Whitey had the map easily, I've downloaded de_iceberg aswell but the wad-file gave problems.

BTW, prior to the match, make sure your half an hour before the match on TeamSpeak.
