wonid reg on clownbase

guys, not having hours of time to sit drooling at that over crowded hash that is the clanbase website can someone who has stumbled on the wonid reg page please give me detailed directions to get to it or if pos the url please?

I've tried twice and given up.

How to:

1. Select FAQ under ClanBase. ( http://www.clanbase.com/faq.php )
2. In section "You" you will find "What is my WonID ?". Select that Q.
3. You should get this:

Your WonID is a unique number that is generated according to your cd-key (It is not your cd-key!). You can find out your WonID very easily:
Join or create any Half-Life server.
While connected to the server, scroll down the console and type in 'status'.
Then, you will see all the players WON IDs among some other details in a table.
Check for the uniqueid behind your nick. That's your wonid.

Example: After having found out what your WonID is you can specify it on ClanBase here.

Selecting the "here" link you should get an input window for WonID. Make sure you are logged in. ( http://www.clanbase.com/wonidprop.php )

jesus! even the register page is 2 screens long.... providing a simple enter your details here thing would of been too easy.... treating players as seperate enteries bound by a clan.... pah rediculous they say.

is it me or is this entire site designed to keep you going in circles till you see an advertisement you like?

stryker u have to get OB to add u to the clan, pm him and he will send u a login id and your pw i think thats how it works

You can recover your login password by doing a clan search for dMw. then click on your name and your id should be there. Click on lost password and enter the id. It then sends you a mail and you can reset your password. You should then be able to edit your wonid.

Stryker and DA are already in the list of members. Their WonIDs aren't and that is what the hubub is all about.

thanks to whoever triggered a password change for me, I got the email from clanfarce. Problem is the webpage in the email wont load, can u fekin beleive it?!?!?! from work and home I just get a hung page...... yet more time wasted.

That would be me then, I had to do my own so did one for you as well. Then i had the same problem, changed password eventually and it worked once and then didn't work again and now the page doesn't load properly if at all.

you may need to open port 8000 for this site to work correctly. for some reason it demands this port, and without it it won't load. Which is why I was complaining a lot about this joke of a site for so long.

Written by two year olds and hosted on a lego mindstorms controller.

I've got a better idea, I'll just make sure never to play a CB match. Full of fekin cheats anyway.
