Some Wierd act from Mr.Wierd in BWL tonight

Hi guys
maybe it was a question for you that why i (Aipril ) left RG2 before raid end today
well after we killed Firemaw i saw some ( nice ) act from our class leader Wierd in bwl.
he asked me why i didn't used macro to switch healing while i get debuffs,
i said i dont get any debuffs because in the point where i am standing i am out of line of sight of the boss and in line with the MT's to heal them while the others don't do this.
then he answered, well we dont give a **** about you and dont give a **** about how you play.....
i just want to say Mr.Wierd this is just a game and game is to have fun, grow up dude. even if you are grandmarshal in guild so what? you are Grandmarshal in a game. At least have a bit respect for other ppl.
I don't say that i don't need any equipment, yes i need some equipments from BWL too (( but not in any price )). i want to have fun with ppl.
If ppl ( as Wierd said ) don't give a **** about me, then why should i waste my time there?

Alaha, I am not trying to 'silence' you, but may I suggest you discuss your problem directly with the Field Marshalls in the first instance?  If you have a problem then there are a number of Field Marshalls to whom you can talk and who would be happy to listen.  However as with any story there will be two sides, so expect that FM to explore both sides of the story before coming back to you.  A private discussion tends to be far more productive than a public mud-fight where the usual and unsatisfactory outcome is for both parties to end up covered in mud.

I agree with you completely TL, but also agree with Alaha. We do this all, preparing, all people put all the effort and time, to have fun together and if this "game" leads to disrespecting and hurting eachother, then I say it is not worth it.
Surely hope to hear something from the other side of story, because when Alaha talked to me at phone about the matter I was still in raid and asked Wierd, then, grimaid, then heirmaine ( because it happened in priest channel) then asked sifferdi, not much of responding.
BUT as TL suggested, do this in game and in private matter.
In the end as I have earlier mentioned in some posts, this is a game and lets not hurt eachothers feelings because of it.

Shadowscream, you completely missed the point.  You have absolutely no idea what was said, you have just one side of the story only, so to come out with some commentary after I have made a clear plea for this to be sorted out privately is plain daft!  Making your own assertions and then saying "BUT as TL suggested, do this in game and in private matter" is bloody stupid as you did precisely the opposite of what I requested and you agreed with!

Let the matter be taken privately and dealt with WITHOUT adding your bias 2 cents please.......... and as was said immediately above, FMs are fairly busy in BWL so do not expect a reply to an issue like this in mid raid!

Tl this matter cannot go on private, you ask why?
1: if 1 person in a raid have a problem then all in raid have problem since a raid act like a whole body
2: this is not the first time im having this problem and the last times i just tried to ignore it for the good of the raid, but now i got enough of this
3:i like to raid with people specially with SoG but if this meanes i have to just hear all kind of ( %¤#& ) stuff writing in class channels, then i have to just say sorry guys, i can use my time better than coming with RG2 to heal and help out ( and ) read pplz crap on class channel only because the dude that call himself classleader can't figure out how to play his class in certain situation.

If this matters was a single case with you Alaha, I maybe could have understand you reaction but you have now done this for several raids so I much say you are way out of line here.
 
No matter how good you think you at the job as a individual player, you have to follow the instruktions from the class leaders when we are raiding 40 men becuase if not, you can wipe the whole raid group.
Not saying you did last night, but there have been situations in previous raids where you manages to take the argo from the main tanks during to your overhealing in the fight against Firemaw.
Remember you are a part of a bigger plan and not soloing the instance with 39 pets around you.
So no matter what the class leader tells you to do, you are expect to do so. You need to be a team player when raiding.

As TL said there is only one side of the story here. And as I see it this is not about following instructions from the CL but about the way these instructions were given.
 
Aipril, if you felt harassed you should have taken a screendumb of it and brought it to a FM's attention.
 
On the side- we all know that people are stressed during raids but please dont take it out on your team mates. This is a general comment and has nothing to do with this particular topic.

If a raid member ever gets it in his mind to say to a fieldmarshel that he dosnt give a tham, and that he is a piephead ore somting all hell breaks lose but if a fieldmarshel do'se it its okey... and you souldnt put it on the forum... That is like im sadam and do what i want you just need to lissen to what i say ore i kill you.....
 
put this in the right perspectif. And (i still dont know if it true but if it...omg) dont attack the one here that get this kind of crap to his/here head. Are you kidding me? Fieldmarsh's are not god's that know it all. And if they have a sugestion they sould tell the raid members where who and what and than STILL its the choice of the player if he add's a addon. If not and its a must have say this to him, and let him not raid untill he have got it (im thinking of CTraid)...

Noevra, I think the comparison to Sadam is a little OTT and exactly why this type of thing should be dealt with privately - if someone shouts loud enough in public it will always annoy someone sufficiently to make an enough more heated comment. That's how wars are started. A slightly better analogy might be:

If a Defender told an FM to sod off, then the FM would take the matter up privately with the player and involve the other FMs if necessary.  It is not necessary to wash this player's dirty linen in public.

If an FM told a Defender to sod off, then the Defender should take the matter up privately with the FM and involve the other FMs if necessary.  It is not necessary to wash this FM's dirty linen in public.

If such an arbitration does not work then by all means go public, but given that the discussion would involve a number of other FMs it is exceptionally unlikley that it would not have been satisfactorily sorted out.  What is saddening is that people seem to think that going public on something and shouting it loud from your soap box automatically puts you in the right and the other party in the wrong.  People should try to communicate more rather than shout at each other across forums.  In this respect I commend the FM for not dignifying this thread with a public reply about the incident.

This kind of 'trial by media' sickens me and is something I wish SOG members would stop because it just makes me want to quit the forums. :sad:

I do bloody know what was said, I too have experienced the same kind of behavior from you FMs, don't tell me I have no idea mester.This is the kind of harassment that happens when a person gets promoted in guild than he think´s the rank gives him the right to do as he/she likes.
 Take your own post here, that kind of respond, just because you own this forums ( admin whatever hell it is) and have played wow in 2 years and know hell alot of people in SoG and our server, then you have rights to say whatever you desire to anyone, this is exactly what this matter was and is about.
No. I think you missunderstood what I said there, try read my post again.I said I hope to hear something from the other side of story, wasn't necsesarily meaning on the forums, but from the persons in game. and my bias 2 cent was : take the game as a game and not as a ****ing battle field where there are ranks and orders, play it for the fun and be as brothers.
About Wierd. Mate I remember the days we were defender, now you are FM then you got the right to disrespect another guild member, because you are in da club of FMs?
