Deadmen : 8
         JPF : 16

:(

Same old story, our tactics were all in order, we rushed as a group (most of the time  )  but our opponents were very skilled, and shot us to peices..

/me hands Oldie a hat

When we switched to CT we were thrashed again, with JPF adopting a "if it aint broke dont f00k with it" strategy and rushing the bridge every time. Needless to say, me and the G-Man got swamped every time, despite my best efforts to rush across the bridge and cause a fuss

In summary, sooner we get out of the premiership the better

ok so I wasnt there..... but while they were crammed into a tight space (the bridge), rushing at you going "WWWHHAARR".... how the hell did you manage not to kill em?  :conf:

Well... they were beating us to the bridge every time (not sure how, but they did) so when we popped our heads out they were swiftly removed :(

:?:  I have to say that you have raised a very good point there......

Why is it that some teams seem to be able to get further into a map than we do?  I have always bought my weapons/kevlar within the alloted time, start running at the very start of the round, run with knife.  So why do some opponents get further into the map than we do?  The difference is absolutely critical on some maps  :x

It has happened to us on several maps now - de_inferno, de_aztec and de_dust that I can immediately recall.  What settings are being used, why aren't we using them as well, and if they aren't using anything different then how the hell do they get there that quickly  :?:

Anyone know?

I have this rather nifty buy script which works well. I'll put it up on the taccy site for people to d/l

The difference between this one and others is that it enables you to buy your equipment while you are dead and when the round starts, you buy all of your selections with one key press.

The drawback is that if you are tight on cash, it can miss items. But the price is listed next to all the selections.

This, I think, will enable any slow buyers to get off the mark a lot quicker. It's menu driven by numbers. I have it set-up so F1 brings up the menu, then 1 is pistols, 2 shottys, etc.

And a quick press of F2 buys everything!
