Minutes of FM/M Meeting - 15/01/07

New officers:
Deadalus will be approached for FM place for raidleading group 1.
Theoline will be approached for FM place for non raiding members.
 
DKP system:
Single system for First TBC raid tier dungeons.
The members that will be raiding will be sorted top to bottem, first will recieve 10 dkp, down to 1 for last as carry over.
a Dkp system that gives more reward for progress runs will be made. A progress run is everything that is new till the second kill, after the second kill it will be classed as a Controlled fight.
 
Raid Groups:
Groups will raid at Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday.
Groups will include 3-4 ppl of each class: 75% attendance req
The sign up site will be used to make sure group setup is on par. (unsure)
Members that get Lifo or not picked will be sure of a spot next raid. Not telling absence will not be tollerated.
 
Filling Groups:
A poll will be made with the options: I am a , and i want to raid.
Old raiding members will not be a prio over soldiers.
Switching of mains will be allowed at this time.
 
Guild:
At this time commander rank does not look to be needed, and is pending disbanding.
Leading group 1 will be: Yrthal, Tanales, Bastet, Deadalus.
Leading group 2 will be: Darkangel, Greatdanes, Siffredi, Sazgul, Wierd.

Hey guys, sorry I missed meeting. Just got home from work (an 16 hours day) kinda beat atm, so just installing and having a quick look.
