If you log on TS you will notice that most the old channels have been removed and/or renamed to dungeons found in TBC.
 
If the channel of the dungeon you are playing is full, or if your playing somewhere that doesnt have a channel feel free to make a temp channel under Channels > Create Channel.
 
Small note is that channel names have to relate to where you are.

So we all have rights to make channels?
And what is meant by temp channel? Will it automatically be removed/deleted when all who were in there leave, or should we remember to delete it ourselves when we're done?

Only FM's have Channel Admin rights to make permanent channels but you can make temp ones and yes when you leave the channel they will just delete themselves.
