The following is one of the hardest things to say, but it has to be done.

Due to a lot of small things that have been building up over the last week i have decided to resign from my SOG guild master place tonight. There is a lot of reasons for this, but the ones that stand out are the apperant lack of the current group of officers to work together properly, even simple matters turn into huge debates.

Also the members i choose to stay for when TL and Vargen left have shown via a poll on the forums to be either not sure, unable or not wanting to raid.

And lastly, but maybe the biggest issue is that i have heard rumors about ppl beeing unhappy how i run the guild.

All this combined with the resignations of wierd and sazgul have made me deside to step down and leave the guild.

At some point just after TBC launched i got a offer from Genesis, which i turned down at that time. Tonight after the meeting i intend to contact menedil and see if that offer still stands, if it does i too shall be moving to Genesis, if not i shall float about guildless untill such time i can find a raid guild thats looking for a druid.

At tonights meeting we can decide who is to take over the ball from me.

As I see it it's you who having a problem - you sitting on everything in the guild, banks and ect and tells others officers to shut up if they don't agree with you, that's bad leadership.

And you gkick of me shows it in action.....
