Just fitted, and woow! Soo much quieter. I recommend this. 5 thumbs up  :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

oh, and this kiddie has an external molex plug (the standard 4 pin jobbie) on the back of it! Great for any stuff placed outside the case. I've got a liquid neon in it at the mo :)
