I managed to get chatting to this guy for the first time tonight, and it seems that he is the GM of Ordo Templari Draconis.  He was very keen to talk about the guild, and mentioned that they were looking to begin raiding soon, perhaps with another guild.
 
He went as far as to invite an unguilded alt of mine to the guild, to allow me to 'look around'.  The guild is essentially a small but growing guild (170 members ish).  The vast majority are lower than 60, but increasingly are leveling up.
 
What I did notice was that a large number of their level 70 players were healers.
 
I bring this up to let you know of the conflict of interests - which imo is not serious, his GM toon is only lvl 34 - but also to flag up the possibility that he may be considering a raiding alliance...
