This could be a neat idea.

If you need to report a problem to your Local council eg. fly-tipping, grafitti etc. just put in your postcode and put a pin in the map, state what the problem is and click send.

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm going to report some potholes and see what happens.

I can understand you kicking off about NuLab...who doesn't?

but this is designed by a bunch of open-source geeks...Lefty...Liberal..I don't know, what I do know is that this could be a useful way to get things done.

I've had a crack. Moaned about my neighbour making building noise before 8am....and anything else I could think of.

How do you make building noises? What sort of a noise does a building make? And why would someone actually want to do impressions of buildings? Birds? maybe.....famous people? fair enough. But buildings? Sounds a bit weird to me. I'd report him or her to Social Services. They might come round and agree to have them sectioned to a secure facility. Or you could just punch their face in? It's hard to do impressions with no teeth.

And it worked, got an email from the correct council department today, indicating they would investigate.

As for impressions, I can show you a few at the LAN if you like Smilo. I was thinking of an open mic spot.

To keep this on track. The council came and watched the goings on, then followed up with a phone call letting us know what could and couldn't be done.

In all, I'd say that site has worked.

Can't see what they can do - unless there's a noise abatement enformcent issue or something.
