Last match had to be posponed because of a Zblock problem (and we owe these guys still a game as we both had to forfeit).

Downloaded Zblock v.312. Do i need to cut and paste the .dll , .vdf and .so files to a specific directory? like in steamapps/username/css/e.t.c.?

It's runs on the server only.  You don't need to do anything other than making sure the cl_restrict_server_command cvar is set correctly.

What Whitey is talking about: Put this before the match in your console or in you configfile:
cl_restrict_server_commands 0

checked the avail earlier in the week and there was nothing on it, althou i coulnt play as my comp died and i havent got round to re installing yet
