point of order:
 Not strictly "out of bounds", more like frag hunting on attacking team* when technically there are no bounds.

I know it's a small point, but in a "ticking off" situation it is likely to be denied if not strictly true.

*(this was the case last night with me; other Admins may have different experiences)

All this makes us LFS admins seem positively Attila-like. Last night I was on CS:S and someone got filthy mouthed (I hate that sort of thing:rolleyes: ) in text. I said, in my very best 'stentorian' voice, 'That's enough of that language' He replied 'Why, it's English innit?' 'Not here it's not' quoth I, 'You'll get your self banned'. I was mightily impressed when BANG! he was done gone.:byebye:
I was a little less impressed when he came back 5 minutes later. :lmfao: In LFS that was good for a 99 day ban. Maybe we're too hard, but I'm sure that was too soft. What did he learn? Not much I'll be bound.

It was a 30 minute ban and it was a first offence which was followed up by a PM to tell him he would receive a longer (permanent) ban if he did it again.

Guys. Do not tolerate idiots. If you can't get a response to a PM then ban and the next move is his.

I'm all for the coaching and education of players showing potential to become good team players but please don't forget that we owe it to the community at large to be strict in cases where the actions of one is spoiling the enjoyment of the majority.

Although i do NOT recall you personally warning me of fraghunting, i understand where your coming from. I will admid, although usually i stray to the opposite site from the team (mainly to cause a distraction, and to buy them time) i apoligize if it may have been mistaken as frag hunting, (and yeah ill admit, now and then i have been more focoused on killing but those moments are a rarity).

Instance 1: i voiced the rest of the team, notifying them that i would venture to the other bomb site as a decoy. (which worked) and they agreed, i then said i would come round the other side to the same site as the team, and i had come up behind several enemies... so i did what anyone would DO, i killed them on sight... and was then slayed for it.. i could hardly ignore them and just run round to the other side. it was within my best interest to kill them to protect the site.

However. i understand and am usually very good with obaying the rules, and have never been kicked for any rule breaking, for the several months i have played in the Boomer Server.

Sorry for the long pm, but just a few things that i thought should be heard, but from now on, i will follow the objective MORE closely.

By all means feel free to slay him, Marduk was severly ****ed last nite when him and Gray Fox where talking so much on the comms that no1 else could get a word in, now if it was mostly tactical i wouldnt be writing this post, but if i wanted to know what was on TV for them i would rather check the news paper then hear minute by minute updates. Tbh, if i had had my computer at home i woulda banned em for a hour or so for voice comm abuse.

I told them over voice to stop it. Gray Fox stopped almost immediately but Teh Gavester kept going for a few minutes. It was quite annoying.

I talked some more w/ duk and SoonJung today, and apperantly both of them (jokingly ?!) got called racists. Now i dont know about you lot, but i feel like moving for a fairly strong banstick.
