We have a discussion here at work. What would be the top 5 music albums you would bring to a deserted Island (which for some reason had electricity, cables, a nice hi-fi, a cool chair and loads of cold beer) ? I am still trying to figure mine out and is rather perplexed.

What would you chaps bring?

Umm... There are lots more, but...  Could I just bring a Dj? with a crowd attached?

Im so not good at these things.. I usually hear some music for  a period gets tired of it and finds some new stuff.. And I would prefer if I could mix a cd of my own :g:

But I guess the list could look a bit like:

Tool - Aenima
The Killers - Sam's Town
Maria Mena - Apparently Unaffected
Sting - Brand New Day
James Taylor - Sweet Baby James
(listed as they came to my mind)

Some of these aren't entirely new and there's a long way from the James Taylor music to Tool music. I do listen to a lot of the new stuff they throw out on the market these days, but these are albums Im quite certain I won't get tired of, where as the most of the new music I listen to these days would get boring after a while.. These albums would also bring some variation into the music Id listen to, which would make it more bearable if Im stuck there for a while..

As a species we\'re fundamentally insane. Put more than two of us in a room, we pick sides and start dreaming up ways to kill one another. Why do you think we invented politics and religion?
