Request Forum Access

This thread should be used for when new member are invited into the guild so that the admins will know who to give the proper access rights to. Also post in this thread when a member leaves SOG, so access can be revoked accordingly.

Keep the posts simple, so that is easy for the admins to read them and take proper action:

<Name> has now been invited into SOG. Please provide forum access.

or

<Name has left SOG. Please remove forum access.

#1: can't recall this has been given any information about, which in that case is bad information flow
#2: would believe it is better to have a "structured" way to do it, as with this post - everyone will than have the possibility to see what happens, which means we have a much bigger chance of avoiding to forget someone (e.g. when somebody leaves)
