I just demo'd a dodgy geezer on boomer, but I can't find the file.:blink:
where do they normally save to?

Should be in your cstrike folder for source - filename.dem :)

then how do you play them?

Simply type "playdemo filename.dem" in the console (without quotes and obviously change 'filename' to whatever you named it). I believe you can change the speed it replays too by putting a space and a number at the end, i can't verify this currently, but i'll try it tomorrow.

Do you use the subscribed thread button?

It's very handy for keeping track of threads that you want to re-visit or check occasionally for reference.

FWIW, I change my subscriptions options to 'do not subscribe" and then just choose specific threads I want to track.

It's useful if you can't remember the HLSW password for instance or if you want to find the view demo posts again.
