Despite the negative title of the article, I think it's very promising, and seems to have retained the feel of the character. The guy playing Agent 47 is the brilliant actor from the great series that is Deadwood.
If I wanted you to understand I would have explained it better

Nice find. Have to see it regardless of how it is received.

Thanks for this dude, was trying to watch this earlier today but the site I tried didn't load properly. After that all my attempts at finding it somewhere else failed as well.
Either way, this movie looks rather promising, even though the guy playing 47 seems a bit young for the role in my opinion. :g:

Timothy Olyphant? at first I heard a rumor about it being Vin Diesel and even though his a bit to short and buffed for it, seeing this elephant boy id prefer Vin Diesel.. But will wait for the movie.. maybe he'll surprise me..

As a species we\'re fundamentally insane. Put more than two of us in a room, we pick sides and start dreaming up ways to kill one another. Why do you think we invented politics and religion?

humm im not sure either about the actor playing as agent 47, and agree with BK on that he looks too young! :g:

IMHO I think it should of been played by Jason Statham (from the Transporter films) its right up his alley!

Still, glad to hear they made a film about it! And I will reserve my judgement till I have seen the film!

Good Find !
 Bring on the randomness!
Apparently I actually exist! Or maybe it was the drink?

ChimpBoy

Hmmm...Vin Diesel....Jason Statham....oh dear

Alas if we want the first truly good video game adaptation then I think we need to set our sights a little higher :g: Preferably by hiring someone that can act, rather than just look buff in a small vest top while grunting & shooting things.  Or would you all rather we just watched the shower that is Doom again

The signs for this look...promising - plus this film has T-Bag from prison break in it :yahoo:

The music playing was the main score for all the games as well though, wasn't it? I thought it fitted quite well.

Mal: Define interesting...

Yes it was, at least for the last few ones. Which then switched to something more suitable while you where out to "solve" a problem :narnar:

Well I just saw this last night - and the curse of video game film conversions holds true

It also proves that other golden rule of mainstream commercial film making - if a Frenchman is directing it, then 9 times out of 10 it will be utter, utter dross :ranting2:

I just returned from seeing it, and i cant disagree more. Its a movie that does the game justice, and its brilliantdef worth a watch if you like the game :). Loved every minute of it, allthough be it, it could be a few more minutes :norty:

To think their first choice was Vin Deisel. I know he's made some utter dross but if he had taken the role of the eponymous Number 47, now that I might have been interested in.

Whatever's gone wrong it's not my fault.
