Did anyone else go and collect theirs early this morning?

I went to my local tescos and discovered that I was about no 200 in a queue of 450 or so by the time they went on sale.

The manager was looking distinctly panicky! Quote: "WE HAVE ENOUGH FOR YOU ALL. ALL WE ASK IS THAT YOU STAY IN AN ORDERLY QUEUE. ANY MISBEHAVIOUR AND THEY WILL GO BACK TO THE STOCK ROOM." The mob started laughing, the poor old security guard was crapping himself at the thought of fighting the pallets away from the crowd!

The first two chapters are only quite good btw...

postman delivered about an hour ago. I managed the first two chapters, could read more but i have jobs to do

Got a big hangover and the words wont stay still. I will start it later or tomorrow.

At Bluewater today they had some por chaps dressed up in magicians robes flogging the book for a fiver at John Lewis

Fantastic Book.
Shame that it was the last one.

A feeling of loss after the end of this series strangely.

Only on page 73 or so, seems good enough so far, I'll let you know my verdict at the end. (Not giving anything away of course)

I ordered mine off amazon and it was delayed until yesterday morning. I am up to page 76. It's astonishing how JK can write so descriptively as though you were watching it all on the big screen.

finished 10 minute ago. Great book, fantastic series, such a shame it's finished.

It feels like a long time since I last enjoyed reading this much. Now I need to find something else, anyone have any suggestions?

Personally i think she will write a few spin offs from the series. I still haven't finished it yet and am only on page 100.

I started reading the Raymond Feist series "Rift War" starting with "The Magician" After (I think) Blueball mentioned it some time back.
