DogMeat and Acid Skass

DogMeat and Acid Skass bullied Gaara off the server tonight. He was new to map and saw no entry signs so he ran away outside and knifed DogMeat. This happened after:

Then Gaara left. He PMed me and was quite sad and hurt by the comments. He didn't want to come back to the server. I tried (and I hope) I convinced him to come back. Other admins on at the time: Squ0nk, JAS, Smite can confirm.

I notice that Gaara's back on the server now (as is Doggers and Acid).

Don't really know Acid_Skass but either way he shouldn't be enforcing rules with so many admins on the server.... in

Doggers is Doggers and will ever remain Doggers

...He's not backwards in coming forwards but it's not personal and Gaara needs to know that.

However, Doggers should know better (his attitude was one of the reasons that the guys from BiG left us) and if I'm not mistaken Acid is only just back after a ban.

Yup. You are right in both cases. Think it one thing to say that someone is wrong but chasing them off the server. Also I think the standard applies to all the same way.

I think it's wrong that anyone feels as though they need to leave the server - obviously.

I think admins are sometimes losing sight of the whiter then white idea for admining. I know it can be hard, but there is no reason to blow up like that.

I was AFK at the time..But theres no need for acid to to be tellin peeps the boundries on MH
And yes doggers is doggers but could do with a word in his shell like.

Yup i was there it was crap. Garra seems a nice bloke and didnt need barraking off the server after he had admited his mistake. Its a new map and mistakes will be made

From the side of acid and doggers it was frustrating that most of the rounds somone was getting killed from people out of bounds but calling people noobs or telling them to bollox is not the way to go :doh:

Maybe a post about respecting fellow players is in order or such?
Also that as admins Whitey, BB and Sadako are busy getting up all the signs and so up on the new maps?

We really shouldn't need the signs, we never used to have them (but they are worth having). People on Meathook should know what they are doing and stay close to the objective or be given some coaching (not a swearing at or told they are noobs). :sideways:

I will have a look at the server logs from last night when I get home but Acid_Skass will be getting another ban as a result of this (at least 7 days), he has already had a warning about calling people noobs on Boomer. Doing it to a member on Meathook is not acceptable.
