Each candidate will have a separate post in this thread.  If you would like to be one of the coaches for the person, reply to the post volunteering your services. Once a candidate has reached the level required, make another post with the word passed.  If they have had four sessions and have still not reached the standard required, post failed.  

It may be usefully (but not required) to post the topics covered during each session.

Whitey and I have discussed the possible implications of the UK Data Protection Act as we will be storing comments regarding individuals. We felt it best that rather than go into great detail about why a candidate did not reach the level we require we kept it simple and stated that they perhaps required more training or were just anable to reach the desired level - that keeps it suitably discrete.
