I have just tried to get RMA information for some memory which has gone faulty (one of the sticks stops the PC booting if it is fitted).

I was very disappointed to see that Aria do not offer RMA but refer me to the manufacturer of the memory (OCZ). I am now going to have to RMA to the states and may end up getting further customs charges when the memory is sent back to me.

I am NOT impressed with Aria.

If you buy on credit card take the issue to the credit card company.

Well OCZ responded promptly and my memory is now in the Netherlands. However it cost me £20 to get it there and aria still haven't got off their behinds and responded to my complaint! Says a lot about a company I guess :sideways:
