just to let you other guys know im now at 9.7k unbuffed in stamina gear, obviously this totally nerfs my spell dmg

Gratz, that should put you well over 12k with buffs.  I usually sit at about 12.5k for mage tanking, so you're bang on the numbers.

Oooo, sounds nice Sheepy :D

So, wanna go do Ragnaros one day? You can tank, I can do kitty DPS and Spiritus can heal us :narnar:

Well when you hit ice block as frost mage, I'd say all hell would break loose...
