Server test

I am going to start a single CSS Server on BA2 (77.108.129.45:27019) to see if it runs any better than the ones on BA3 (77.108.129.46) as BA3 is, for me, currently unplayable. If BA2 does run better then this may point to some issues with configs and given that we have so many plugins just now it may be time to create a new clean server area before merging in the new admin tools.

Will let you know what I find out.

Had same probs on BA2 as on BA3 and BA2 is pretty much a clean install so I don't think there is anything wrong with our configs.

The high pings seem to start at 87.127.231.114 which belongs to brighstar so I'll ask gandy to have a word with them.
