Plugging Phone line into PC??

ive tryed it before and got half way but i didnt work out how to use it.

There is a program called hyperTerminal on XP and other newer windows i dunno if any of u have used it?

do u know if there is a program i could download to use phone line on PC?

(i mean talk on the phone on PC)

i have called out on Phone before  but never got it working fully.


anyone help? please
