Whitey has had carte blanche so far, but reading between the lines, he would rather have a consensus based promotion system.

Benny, I take your point, but maybe the time limits are a bit too long.

I have no objections to a vote based system, but a chat between us all amounts to the same thing.

Tbh I don't know. Don't know him good enough for an opinion. Also 'charlie' seem even more undefined atm ... what does it mean to be charlie? Before it meant that you can represent dMw in CS matches. Now that we are multi gamed it doesn't only mean that anymore.

I stand by my earlier comments but would like to alter my opinion to a "not quite yet". My reason is that some of the TCS isn't natural to him yet (he admits that he keeps forgetting that you can go anywhere (within reason) when the bomb is down. Couple of months should see him alright.
