The Hidden

Have any of you guy tried the HL2 mod called 'The Hidden'

Basic concept is you have 8 humans Vs the test subject.

I have played it in the past and found it fun but on a public server its very hard to get people working as a team.

Working as a team? Hmmm dMw springs to mind does it not....

I think it could be a good laugh to try out.

its a funny mod espacially when you are the hidden.
i just played another hl2 mod, fortress forever. its just like team fortress i guess, but for free
and a good team play is also very important in that mod, because you have several different charakters with different abilities. so only when you play together, youll have chance...

Tsk, thats "so last year".

At the time the CS:S side of things was in a lull and the mod was quite new.

I suppose, although the concept is excellent, it doesn't really fit in with the team against team ethos and would be quickly over if a new player ended up being the hidden.

Maybe it would be an interesting mod for a mini-tourney at some date.

Great fun when taking a break from TCS. When the hidden is played by a really skilled player the hidden is  overpowered though.

it is a good, fun game. A very unique mod. I haven't played it in ages though.
