halo 3

Apparently its been reported that people have been playing Halo 3 only to realise they've actually been playing a dubbed version of halo 2........

Ha ha, nah, Halo 3's pretty good, there's a new interesting weapon I like, (I haven't got a clue what it's called.) A large staff / axe, good for smashing the Flood with.
I went and got it with Tech the morning (Technically) it came out.
 Good game for all the Halo fans out there.

The San Francisco office of the company i work for, i believe, came up with the idea for the launch campaign of the halo 3 website and adverts. A la the model battle field as seen in the ads and website. He's also one of several designers that worked on the interface for the xbox 360.
 
It's a total ****a though, cos we get jack f'all in terms of free copies of the game :-(

Gravity Hammer I believe. I have a mate who's a complete Halo fanboy. Bought the Limited Edition Halo 360 (didn't have one before), both Limited Edition Controllers, the Legendary Edition of the game and a 19" widescreen TFT to be able to play it on, just for Halo 3. He's been ranting to me about it. I don't care much. PC is the one true way for FPS gaming. When I eventually upgrade to Vista I might get Halo 2 and 3, as they are reportedly better than 1, but I got 1 when it came out for PC and it sucked compared to everything else I could have spent my cash on.

Personally I've been a massive fan of the Halo series, but I'm actually quite dissapointed with Halo 3, it kind of feels like I've bought Halo 2 with better graphics (in fact probably pretty much how the PC port looks now).

If that wasnt bad enough... the ruddy case arrived with a chuffing great dent in it!!! :ranting2:
