And why someone will like to change his char name? All his ingame friends will not know who is at first contact. I don't know, i suppose this is made to the ones that have extrange names and want to change them, but in most of the cases i think this is a useless feature.
 
Will be nicier to be able to customize your char look&feel in game, stuff like hairdressing, hair color, rings will be nice to be able to customazie. I think the hairdressers will be introducced with WotLK expansion, correct?
