The dMf steak eating contest at the hotel

Since the dMf challenge was a success (we will end up with ~ 222,000 points of research at the end of today - the best month in a very long time!) there is a price for the winner of the steak eating competition.

The price is two pints of beer and a pack of delicious syrup waffels.

The details of the eating competition will be sorted out on-site during the Friday with the hotel - and with Lanmaster Pen - for instance what sizes of steaks we can get, can we have them brought into the dining room somewhat at the same time, do we arrange one table for the competitors etc. But, the challenge will be quite simple:

- To participate you just order the biggest size steak available
- Whoever finishes the entire plate in the shortest time wins

If this turns out anything like last time it will be great fun! :D

I have made this into a poll to see how many people are interested in partaking. Please note, that even though we are talking a large quantity meal, the quality is good.

it would be 2 one sided if i joined in, im planning on enjoying my steak not shoveling it

Yeah. It's not like its a big price. And I doubt you could rush that thing anyway, it is down to good, consistent eating :D

im already in grumpy dude mode rady for the lan, I will enjoy my meal and u will all buy me beer anyway

I'm afraid that having courted disaster by ordering and consuming half a cow (medium rare) last time I'll be savouring the choicest cut only in a much smaller size.  Sheepy said it all really at the last LAN
