Excellent choice!

Very hard, very sideways, but what a rush when you put a few corners together! Dont think i've ever raced with the LX's, so should be interesting.

This combo really teaches you to control your right foot. Some say that the LFS tracks are too smooth, some even claimed that even SO has only one or two bumps. This combo shows the opposite, you have to know the bumps so you can correct the effects they have on you car.

I hope to be back racing tonight. I've been very tired lately; usually I have time for racing only after 22:00 and then I should be sleeping already at 23:00 to not be dead tired next day.

Last night I was going to use good time for racing, but I was a bit unlucky with my new graphics card. It is a HD3850 and it requires a power connector that my power supply did not have, and there was no adapter in the box. Today I got an adapter for free from the store so I should be fine tonight. Now I can put full AA on LFS!

Where the heck did you get that one? Here every place is full of "don't have". :g:

I might get HD3870 or maybe GF8800GT for the new computer...can't just decide which one. One is faster and the other is DX10.1

Their Oulu store is just next to my work place, they had a few of them on the shelves so I grabbed one. I'm playing just LFS, so I did not care if 8800GT might be faster. With 8xAA and all other stuff on max everything seems to work fine, did not drop below 50fps.

What is 209 euros? Your card? Can't have been that low...HD3870 or 8800GT?

Anyway...I've heard that nVidia drivers suck in Vista and Vista is slower than XP. Also ati is DX10.1 and it might get more speed with coming drivers. I play other games than lfs too, so maybe I should stay on XP...mmmm...aaarrggghhh :wacko:
