Doesn't seem to add up. You can't lock people up and have them tidy your house. All they need to do is get to a phone and the police would come. I mean yes they'd get shipped back to Indonesia, but beats tourture. And it seems they don't speak English but the police would repond to screaming and crashing noises.
Unless there were hired guards to watch them, but doesn't that remove the financial gain of using slaves....unless they were ensalved too. They'd have to be watched though, maybe by robots. Which would offset the cost of the slave again. Unless they were stolen guard watching robots. Yet there was no mention of any previous experience of theft mentioned in the report. And no robots were found in the house.
