why was oshun invited without an application?
 
afaik theres no relatives here and the account has changed hands 2 times

Gore vouched for him, and we had a 3 officer consent between myselfs, lucian, and i think shep for invite.

Sorry folks, was my fault.  I invited, skipped procedure.  She's a good player, v experienced and former guildy who vanished offline due to marriage.
 
No reason not to invite her.

Actualy, 3 officer consent lets you skip application process. Only missed posting saying she was invited.
