I would like to sponsor Goregrinder for full officer rank, hes got his head bolted on straight and has shown good leading skills. Hes also a pritty decent bloke that we could do with.

I agree with sheepy, while you where not arround he has shown excellence in what he does. Tbh, id prefer some more faith in our abilities to make calls. While i appreciate you not knowing him very well, sheep and me do.
 
We need some active blood in here, as most of the officers are generaly doing nothing at all to keep us moving.
Edit: probably, this includes me atm, as i am not too involved with raids right now.
