Well i told myselfs to get some more excerice, but just looking at this guy makes me nackered

One arm chin-ups are nearly impossible, lmao.

My fav bit's prolly where he does some flips then wall-runs.

I love that free running pakour stufff, still reckon I could take him though...

More gaming, less working (made loads of overhours last year).
Work a bit more on my condition and work more in my apartment (which will be finished around the summerholiday).
What I'm also not going to do is what that guys is doing!!!

When he does a pushup, he isn’t lifting himself up, he’s pushing the Earth down.

Seriously though,I'm not that impressed with the chin-up.... but those flips are amazing!
