He has contacted me a few times recently asking when he will get Bravo.  I told him a couple of weeks ago that although he plays TCS well and makes good use of the comms, he did go a bit over the top at times with silly comments (saying that, he is a still a kid).  

Have you noticed an improvement and does anyone have any comments on if he is ready for Bravo?

seriously though, apart from having an annoying voice, I can't see why not.

he's always friendly, polite, and helpful to newbs.

He's changed a lot in my opinion. When he started he was annying, he's grown up and whilst he isn't as sexy as say, Penfold, he has a certain charm. He is, in my opinion worthy of the tag and I think would wear it with pride.
