I put this in here not the Member Issues of the Officer forum because it involved a raid matter.

Draemann asked me the other day if he should stay or leave SOG.  He has the impression that:

1 - As he cannot make the normal Kara raid his gear will never improve
2 - Without gear he will not get selected to go to the ZA runs
3 - Even when he is available he has the impression that we favour Firenem over him.

Ergo, should he look for a guild whose raids he can make?

I told him to stick it out as other guilds are likely to raid similar days and he'd have the same troubles.  

Just to make you all aware.  Not saying what he said is right or wrong, just to be aware please.

Well I can appreciate what he is saying!

We only have 10 raid slots which is hard to rotate on a regular basis,Bring on 2 Kara grps is what i say,and some patience would be nice

Its not cos we favor Fire at all,im sad to hear he thinks this way!

I'll try to have a chat with him and see if i can persuade him to stay.

he cant raid on a thursday so he is missing out

I have suggested that we put another raid up for tuesdays to kara,this will be a raid group 2,so alts can go and the like!


whats u guys think about that?

firenemesis shouldnt be given priority on any circumstances, because he is holy's alt?
 
@gore, i was thinking more about friday, so hardcore ppl can help the more social sided with their alts

fire is now his main not his alt. has been for a bit (much more usefull as a healer than a tank).

I chatted to him about this as well. I told him to wait out and we would discuss it very soon.
