Thats not a weird spec, thats pvp spec
dont know how that will do in a raid,
but plìght has it and it works ok for instance
( really like the pain supression and impowerment on my lock)

PVP spec it is to be sure.  However I would disagree with Marduk's assessment of its suitability for instances.  In my experience is sucks bad when compared to a typical PVE build which is more in Holy.  We have had several priests try a discipline build in raids and without exception all reported negatively on it and re-specced right back to Holy after the raid.  Pain supression has only minor application in PVE raiding and PI tends to be a caster-killer as it boosts their aggro so rapidly - it is sod's law that you get a passive trinket proc and a roll of big crits just when you have had PI slapped on you.  Having got hold of limited benefits, the points lost in Holy make a very major difference in your ability to heal in raids.  Someone might be able to make a discipline build work in a raid, but they would never top out the healing charts or be the last to go oom.  You would bring a disc priest to a raid for utility and because you already have enough surplus healing to allow you to do so, you'd never bring them over a more traditional holy priest when healing was still a concern.

Having said all that, I have no idea about this applicant or his/her skills.  More healers in general is a good idea, whatever their spec.

What i wonder about, what does he want in sog.
off all things, we are certainly not a PVP guild
maybe he's tired of the arena and wants to try the PVE aspect
or maybe he's just confused :P

and i just said it worked for 5mans TL :) not a clue what it does in raid
