Last night on MH

last night on MH was one of the worst I have seen in many years. there was absolutely no attempt at teamwork on the map I was playing (one of the newish ones).

My rant in the main CSS section was the culmination of many poor rounds including one where, for once, the team went mostly in the same direction; the bomb carrier and 3 others (inc me) were fighting our way up the steps to left hand bombsite when bomb carrier got killed and dropped the bomb. I picked up bomb and ran past the two front guys into bomb site and killed one CT then went to plant bomb. Unfortunately another CT appeared and killed me, I then noticed that the whole of my team were clustered like sheep at the BOTTOM of the stairs!!!!

Frankly, I don't expect to have to teach people TCS when playing on MH and it completely ruined a friday night on the hook that I had been looking forward to.

I saw your console message and post, but I can't really comment because I was on the other team where things were okay.

Lets hope its a one off, sorry it spoilt your night, there were some really good games later in the night from both sides.

This sounds terrible but I only play when there is a solid core on. Mainly as I'm getting pulled away by the kids at the moment so when I come back I want to jump straight into a decent game.

I have one idea, not sure how scalable it is. Do we have 'pause' enabled? You could just stop the game for a second and tell it how it is.

(can you tell it's appraisal time of year and my tolerance levels are low?)

Same for me. I think there were some excellent games last night. Very even maps I must say.

I was on your team and as I said at the time on admin chat, was trying to resolve an issue which was causing me to have 10 FPS (Vista 64bit and alt-tab from CS don't go well).  So I would be one of the guys stuck at spawn or lagging around for about three rounds before it was sorted out.  
 
It would have been appreciated if you had said something at the time, even if it was just in admin chat.  I don't mind shouting at people if I know there is an issue but as stated above, I was pre-occupied at the time.  Leaving the server without saying anything and then sending the console messages as you did, doesn't help anyone.

It would have been easier for rest of team if you had gone to spectate mode.

The point is that on MH I shouldn't have to. ALL of the people playing on that server should be familiar with TCS.

We'll just have to disagree on the methods as I think it's better to sort these things out on the server.  I did try to get in touch with you when you left, I was concerned but you had gone offline so I couldn't contact you.
