I have personally reinvited Goregrinder on the basis that it is his last chance.

I have also left him at member rank but have not discussed this with him. He has not made a fuss about not being an officer so i think he is just happy to be back.

Finally, he has agreed to rotate tanking to be more fair.

Hes asked if its ok to keep updating the raid sign up and recruitment forums .. I told him to go for it saves me doing it

Then the decision needs to be if he comes back as an officer OR some type of new name/role can be applied to him.
The signup still shows him as an officer and people will start to get confused unless we sort something out.

you might see this as harsh, but you have to cut a line somewere

if i was in his situation, ide be more then happy getting another chance after fudging up all those times

yep, once his officer acess is removed form it. he will only be able to signup and cancel his own signup like normal members do

It would certainly be more appropriate imo for him to be shown as Member not Officer on that site.
