This is a pointer only as Sheep pointed out. But on a general basis, i would say that the initiation time is one month. If a player excells in the guild, and shows intrest for the guild, he could be bumped up faster, and if a player is offline for most of that month, or does something stupid, he could stay initiate longer ofc. Not a fixed period, it can, and should, be at the officers discretion :)
