Ooooh! Thankies!

It must have been early on, the car doesn't look bent and DeeS is behind me. Is that Seany too?

And there's a good excuse for my finishing 6th, I had to slow down for photographers wandering around the track:)

Looks good Kev but is there any way to get rid of the jaggies? It needs to have round wheels. Is that a limitation of Blender?

i'm pretty sure that its my limitations in programing it!! more than the software :lmfao:

once i learn my way round it, the better results should get :)

It might be LFS 'limitation' that the car is actually modelled to have wheels which are not circles but polygons. Nothing new really. It's like that in all games. If you have enough faces (say 64 face polygon) you might not see so easily that it is not actually a circle (except at very close range). That is heck lot faster to render than having a true circle (after all gfx cards render triangles not circles).

EDIT: Not saying that Blender (or any other 3D-modelling program) couldn't render circles, but because the model is import from LFS it is optimised for game use, not for modelling.

If you want any help/advice then I'm sure Frenzy would be happy to oblige. He's done a lot of work with both Blender and 3DS MAX.
